Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Junadev (Private) Limited, trading as Juna Dev (SECP CUIN 0279495, NTN F803530-1, Plot No 1939/55 VII, Baghdad-ul-Jadid Road, Anwarabad Colony, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan), for the use of MindTech CRM ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of this agreement.

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• An agency account can create sub-accounts for its clients, invite staff, and control what each person can see and do. The agency is responsible to us for its sub-accounts and to its clients for the service it provides them.
• An agency may present the Platform under its own name and domain. Doing so does not make the agency our partner or agent, and the agency must not misrepresent who operates the underlying service to a regulator or a court.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• send messages, emails, SMS or WhatsApp templates to people who have not agreed to receive them, or in breach of anti-spam, telemarketing, consumer-protection or data-protection law where they live;
• ignore an opt-out, an unsubscribe, a do-not-contact flag or a sending rule set inside the Platform;
• impersonate anyone, mislead people about who is writing to them, or hide that they are talking to an AI assistant when the law requires disclosure;
• upload malware, probe or overload the Platform, or access another account's data;
• process data you have no right to process, including lists you bought without lawful basis.

Messaging providers and carriers apply their own rules. A breach of theirs can suspend a channel for every account on the Platform, so we may suspend a sender that puts the service at risk without notice.

Everything you and your customers put into the Platform is yours. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions, and we act as your processor for it. You are the controller and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for the notices you give your customers, and for answering their requests. We will help you answer them.

You can export your data at any time and you can delete it. Deleting a customer starts a short grace period in which it can be restored, after which it is gone.

AI assistants answer from the knowledge you give them and from the conversation in front of them. They can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for a person where accuracy matters. You decide what an assistant may do, where it hands over to a person, and you are responsible for what is said in your name. Review what your assistants send, especially prices, availability and anything with legal effect.

Voice calls answered by an assistant are transcribed. Where the law requires it, you must tell callers that the call is recorded or handled by an automated system.

• Packages are billed in advance for the period chosen and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and any change is announced before it applies to you.
• Metered services such as phone numbers, call minutes, messages and paid data lookups are paid from a prepaid wallet at the unit prices shown in the Platform. A wallet cannot go below zero; when it is empty that service pauses until it is topped up. Wallet balances are not refundable except where the law requires.
• If a payment fails we tell you and give you time to fix it. An account that stays unpaid is locked, warned over 30 days, and then deleted together with its data. Paying before then restores it.
• Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them.

Connecting Google, Microsoft, Meta, a phone number or a payment account links the Platform to a service you hold a separate agreement with. Their terms apply to that service, they can change or withdraw access, and we are not responsible for what they do. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

We work to keep the Platform available and back it up nightly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that removes something you rely on. We may suspend access to protect the Platform or other accounts, and we will tell you why.

The Platform, its software, design and documentation belong to us and our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive right to use it for your business while your account is in good standing. Websites, content and data you create with it are yours. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Platform except as the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data caused by your own actions or a connected service, or for what an AI assistant says. Our total liability for any claim in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

You can close your account at any time from the Platform or by writing to us; we then delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end the agreement on notice if you breach these terms and do not fix the breach when asked, or immediately for serious misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive, including fees owed, liability and intellectual property, survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Punjab have jurisdiction, except that nothing prevents either of us seeking an injunction anywhere, and consumers keep any protection their local law gives them.
